Water-Soluble & Compound Fertilizer for Importers and Distributors

The range behind this page is deliberately narrow, because a supplier who will quote anything is usually a supplier who documents nothing. We work with four confirmed products: macro-element water-soluble fertilizer in 19-19-19 and 20-20-20 + 2MgO + TE grades produced to NY/T 1107-2020; high-tower compound fertilizer at NPK 25-12-8 with magnesium and zinc to GB/T 15063-2020; agricultural-grade ammonium chloride at total nitrogen 24.5% minimum on a dry basis to GB/T 2946-2018; and anhydrous magnesium sulfate at MgSO4 98% minimum as a magnesium source for blends and fertigation programmes.
That focus is the point. A distributor comparing three quotations is really comparing three specifications, three packing statements and three document sets. We would rather be the supplier whose quotation can be checked line by line than the one with the longest product list.

Quotations that cannot be compared
Three suppliers quote the same headline ratio and three different products. One states total nutrients, another states only the ratio, a third is silent on water-insoluble matter. Unless the quotation states the same parameters on the same basis, the lower number is not necessarily the cheaper product — it is simply the less specified one. We quote against a written specification and state the standard the grade is produced to.
Specification drift between shipments
A first container that performs well and a third that does not is the most expensive problem in this trade, because the complaint surfaces in the field rather than at the port. The controlling record for us is the batch certificate of analysis issued with each shipment, and the technical data sheet states the figures a buyer can hold us to.
Documents that arrive late or incomplete
A container that clears in three days and one that clears in three weeks usually differ in paperwork, not in cargo. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, batch certificate of analysis, technical data sheet and safety data sheet as one set, and check it against what your broker asks for before the vessel sails.
Confusion about who registers and clears the goods
Fertilizer registration and customs clearance belong to the importer or its local agent — the registrant is whoever holds the relevant licence in that market. We are not licensed abroad and we do not claim to be. What we provide is the technical file and specification support the process needs, in the form your agent asks for.

Questions buyers ask about this
- What is the minimum order quantity for a fertilizer import?
- Our standard export minimum is one 20'GP container, approximately 25 MT, but the exact figure depends on the packing you choose — bags load differently from jumbo bags. For a first order we can discuss a smaller trial quantity. Ask for the loading plan for your packing configuration and we will state the quantity that actually fits.
- Which documents come with a fertilizer shipment?
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, batch certificate of analysis, technical data sheet and safety data sheet. Certificates for a specific destination can be arranged on request. Import registration and customs clearance are handled by the importer or its local agent; we support that process with the technical file and specification it needs.
- Can you supply a nutrient ratio that is not on this page?
- High-tower compound fertilizer can be formulated to the buyer's ratio, subject to the minimum order for a custom run. For water-soluble ranges, send the ratio and the trace-element package you want and we will confirm what we can produce and on what lead time. We will tell you when a request falls outside our confirmed range rather than quote around it.
- Do your grades carry a Chinese standard?
- Yes, and the standard is stated with the grade. Macro-element water-soluble fertilizer is produced to NY/T 1107-2020; high-tower compound fertilizer to GB/T 15063-2020; agricultural-grade ammonium chloride to GB/T 2946-2018. The technical data sheet states the standard and the figures; the batch certificate of analysis is the controlling record for the shipment you receive.
- Who handles fertilizer registration in my country?
- The importer or its local agent, because registration is held by whoever is licensed in that market. We are not registered abroad and we do not act as your registrant. What we provide is the technical file, the specifications and the product documents your registration process requires, in the form your agent asks for. Which rules apply to your specific product and destination is a question for your local authority or agent.
