Technical documents, packing and export paperwork

We issue documents against the product and grade you are buying, so they always match the batch — request them and we will send them by email.

Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

The controlling specification: assay, impurity limits, appearance, particle size where relevant, packing and storage. This is the document to circulate internally for approval.

Safety Data Sheet (SDS)

Issued in the 16-section GHS format, covering hazards, handling, storage, first aid and — in section 14 — transport information used to confirm whether the material moves as general or dangerous goods.

Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Batch test results against the agreed specification, issued per shipment so your QC team can compare delivery to order.

Packing & loading plan

Bag type and size, palletisation, and how many units load per 20FT or 40FT container for your chosen packing — the numbers behind your landed-cost calculation.
