Sourcing & logistics
Where our products come from, and how they reach you
Two things decide whether a commodity chemical order goes well: whether the supply behind it is stable, and whether the shipment is put together properly. This page explains both, with the sources for the facts we state.
Location
Based in Hubei, in the middle of China's chemical industry
We operate from Hubei Province, one of the provinces where China's phosphate and inorganic chemical industry is concentrated — a position that matters most to buyers of fertilizer raw materials.
China's phosphate resources are concentrated in Hubei, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Hunan, with Hubei, Yunnan and Guizhou holding by far the largest deposits. That concentration matters commercially: the upstream chain — from mineral processing through phosphoric acid to single-nutrient water-soluble fertilizers such as MAP and MKP — sits in the same region, which makes consistency and availability easier to secure than sourcing the same materials from scattered suppliers.
Hubei is also a major inorganic chemicals base, which is where our current product range comes from: anhydrous sodium sulphate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium oxide and industrial ammonium chloride.
Logistics
The Yangtze is our road to the sea
Hubei sits on the Yangtze River. Rather than trucking everything to the coast, cargo moves by inland waterway to the ocean ports at Shanghai and Ningbo, then onward by ocean freight.
- Inland waterway movement from Hubei to the Yangtze estuary ports
- Ocean freight from Shanghai / Ningbo to your destination port
- FOB or CIF terms — quoted either way
- Container or break-bulk options depending on packing and volume
We do not publish fixed transit times: schedules change with the season, and a reliable route is one we confirm against your specific sailing. Ask and we will give you the current options for your destination.
Execution
What we prepare before a container moves
- Packing confirmed in writing — bag type, liner, palletisation
- Loading plan issued: units per 20FT and 40FT for your packing
- TDS and SDS approved before the goods are packed
- Batch certificate of analysis issued with the shipment
- Destination documents checked against your broker's requirements
How we handle claims
Evidence, not adjectives
A sourcing page is easy to fill with superlatives. We would rather state the few things that can be checked, and say plainly what we do not claim.
What we state, and why
The production and resource figures on this page come from the U.S. Geological Survey Mineral Commodity Summaries, and the regional concentration from a strategic study published by the Chinese Academy of Engineering, whose authors include the Ministry of Natural Resources Information Center. Both are cited below.
What we do not claim
- — No "largest" or "number one" claims about our own business.
- — No production capacity figures we cannot document on request.
- — No fixed transit times or freight rates on a web page.
