Private-Label & OEM Fertilizer: Your Brand, Our Production
Private label is not a printing job. A bag that carries your brand is a promise you have to stand behind in every shipment, so the parts that matter are the ones a buyer never sees: which grade goes into the bag, what the label is allowed to say, how the print survives a container, and what happens when a batch is out of specification. This page explains how we run private-label and OEM fertilizer orders, and where the boundary sits between our work and yours.
We produce private-label fertilizer in the confirmed lines on this site — macro-element water-soluble fertilizer at 19-19-19 and 20-20-20 + 2MgO + TE to NY/T 1107-2020, high-tower compound fertilizer at NPK 25-12-8 with magnesium and zinc to GB/T 15063-2020, and agricultural-grade ammonium chloride to GB/T 2946-2018. Packing is where most of the work sits: 25 kg and 50 kg PP woven bags with a PE inner liner, 1000 kg jumbo bags, unprinted or printed with your artwork, palletised or floor-loaded.
One boundary is worth stating at the start. Label content — what may legally be printed on a fertilizer bag in your market, in which language, with which nutrient declaration and which claims — is decided by the rules in force where you sell. You or your agent confirm that; we print to the artwork you approve. We are not the authority on your market and we will not pretend to be one.

Artwork that looks right on screen and wrong on the pallet
A print-ready PDF is not a print-ready bag. Colour, line weight, the position of the nutrient table and the size of your mark all behave differently on woven polypropylene than on paper, and a label that is legible in the file can disappear at twenty metres in a warehouse. We ask for artwork early and confirm what will be printed before the run, so a reprint is a conversation rather than a discovery.
Labels that over-promise and cannot be repeated
The most common private-label failure is not a printing defect — it is a label that claims more than the grade delivers, or more than the next batch can deliver. We print to the specification in the technical data sheet and issue a batch certificate of analysis with each shipment, so the promise on the bag and the record behind it agree.
Small runs that never reach the press
Custom printing and custom formulation are both volume-limited: print cylinders and custom compound runs need enough tonnage to make sense. We would rather say so plainly at the quotation stage, and put your first order on standard grades with your own marks, than accept an order we cannot produce well.
Where the brand's responsibility actually starts
Product registration, labelling rules, claims and market access belong to you as the brand owner in that market; production, packing and the product documents belong to us. Writing that split into the quotation keeps both sides honest when a customs officer or a customer asks a question later.

Most private-label orders start on a standard confirmed grade with buyer-specific marks, and move to printed bags or a custom ratio once volume justifies it.

Questions buyers ask about this
- What bag and label options are available for private label?
- 25 kg and 50 kg PP woven bags with a PE inner liner, and 1000 kg jumbo bags with a PE inner liner, supplied unprinted with your shipping marks or printed to artwork you approve. Palletisation is optional and changes the loading quantity, which the loading plan states for your configuration.
- Who is responsible for label compliance in my market?
- You are, as the brand owner selling into that market — the label content, language, nutrient declaration and permitted claims are set by the rules in force where you sell. Your own agent or authority is the right source for that. We print the artwork you approve and supply the technical data sheet and certificate of analysis that back it up.
- What is the minimum order for a custom ratio or custom printing?
- Custom formulation and printed bags both need enough tonnage to justify the set-up, and the threshold depends on the grade and the print. We state it in the quotation rather than after the order. For smaller first orders, standard confirmed grades with your own shipping marks on unprinted bags are usually the practical route.
- Can the bag carry our own brand name and design?
- Yes — that is what private label means here. Your mark, your colour scheme and your layout go on the bag, and your shipping marks go on the outer packing. We will tell you which parts of a layout we can and cannot reproduce on woven polypropylene, and we confirm the print before the run starts.
- How is the product identified if the bag carries our brand?
- The grade and its specification remain ours and are stated in the technical data sheet issued for your order, with a batch certificate of analysis per shipment. Your brand is front of bag; the technical identity and the production record stay traceable to the batch we shipped.
