NPK and Magnesium Programme for Oil Palm Plantations
An oil palm plantation buys fertilizer the way it buys everything else at estate scale: against a written specification, on a delivery schedule, and with a cost per block it has to defend. A fertilizer for oil palm plantation is therefore not a single product but a programme of inputs that has to arrive on time, in the packing that matches the estate's application method, with documents that clear without delaying a field operation.

A programme, not a single bag
An estate rarely runs on one input. A granular compound for the main application, a water-soluble grade where the estate fertigates, and a magnesium source where the soil or the leaf analysis calls for one are three orders that have to arrive together. We quote them as one specification so the programme can be planned as a programme.
Deliveries that miss the field window
A shipment that lands two weeks late costs more than the freight difference, because the field operation it was bought for has already moved on. Lead times depend on the grade, the packing and the current export position, and we state them rather than let you assume them. Where a grade is subject to inspection before export, that time is built into the schedule up front.
Quotations that cannot be lined up against each other
Three quotations for the same headline ratio are often three different products: one states total nutrients, one states only the ratio, one is silent on granule size or chloride. We quote against a written specification and state the standard the grade is produced to, so a comparison is a comparison of data.
Magnesium treated as an afterthought
Where a programme needs magnesium, it needs a stated magnesium figure and a stated chloride figure, because the two travel together in some sources and not in others. Our anhydrous magnesium sulfate states MgSO4 at 98% minimum with chloride at 0.2% maximum, so a magnesium input can be planned without guessing at the rest of the load.

- Which grades do you supply for oil palm plantations?

- Do you publish application rates for oil palm?
- No. Rates depend on palm age, soil type, leaf analysis and the rest of the programme, and they are set by your agronomist or estate advisor. We state what each product contains and how it is packed, and we stop there.
- Can you formulate a compound ratio other than 25-12-8?
- Yes, high-tower compound fertilizer can be formulated to the buyer's ratio, subject to a minimum order for a custom run. Send the ratio and the quantity you need and we will confirm what we can produce and on what lead time.
- What documents come with an estate shipment?
- Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, batch certificate of analysis, technical data sheet and safety data sheet, issued as one set and checked against your broker's requirements before the vessel sails. Import registration and clearance remain the importer's or its local agent's responsibility.
- How is the container loaded for bulk estate orders?
- Packing is agreed in writing and we issue a loading plan for 20' and 40' containers per configuration, showing palletised and floor-loaded quantities; bags and jumbo bags load differently, and the plan states the quantity that actually fits.
