High-Tower Compound NPK for Cereals and Field Crops
Cereals are the crop group where fertilizer is bought closest to a commodity: large tonnage, a fixed application window, and a granule that has to survive a spreader travelling at speed. A compound fertilizer for cereals therefore stands or falls on three things — whether the granule holds together, whether the analysis matches the written specification, and whether the tonnage lands before the window closes.
We supply high-tower compound fertilizer at NPK 25-12-8 with magnesium and zinc, total nutrients at 45% minimum, granule size 1.5 to 4.5 mm, chloride at 3.0% maximum, produced to GB/T 15063-2020, with other ratios formulated to the buyer's specification subject to a minimum run. Alongside it we supply agricultural-grade ammonium chloride at 24.5% minimum total nitrogen on a dry basis to GB/T 2946-2018 as a quick-acting nitrogen source, and macro-element water-soluble fertilizer to NY/T 1107-2020 where a block is fertigated or the buyer blends its own solution.

Granules that do not survive the spreader
A granule that crumbles in the hopper or dusts in the field does not distribute the analysis it was bought for. Granule size is stated with the grade — 1.5 to 4.5 mm on our high-tower compound — so a spreader setting can be chosen against a real figure rather than a description.
Caking in the stack or the container
Compound fertilizer that cakes in a warehouse or a container is a handling problem long before it is an agronomy problem. Packing, palletisation and the loading plan are agreed in writing, and the batch certificate of analysis travels with the shipment as the controlling record.
Nitrogen timing across a short window
Broad-acre nitrogen has to land inside a short application window, and the wrong source at the wrong moment is a season's problem. Having a granular compound for the base and a quick-acting source for the top dressing is what lets a programme match the timing it actually needs.
Quotations that state a ratio and nothing else
A quotation that gives only 25-12-8 leaves a buyer unable to compare it with one that gives a standard, a granule size and a chloride figure. We quote against a written specification and state the standard each grade is produced to, so two offers can be compared line by line.

- Is the granule suitable for machine spreading?
- The high-tower compound is produced with a granule size of 1.5 to 4.5 mm and states its chloride figure and standard on the technical data sheet, so a spreader setting can be chosen against a real number. Actual spreader calibration is a field decision for your own operation.
- Do you publish application rates for cereals?
- No. Rates depend on the crop, the soil, the previous crop and the rest of the programme, and they are set by your agronomist. We state composition, granule size, packing and the standard each grade is produced to.
- Can you formulate a different ratio?
- Yes, high-tower compound fertilizer can be formulated to the buyer's ratio within our confirmed capability, subject to a minimum order for a custom run. Send the ratio and the quantity and we will confirm what we can produce and on what lead time.
- What is the minimum order and how does loading work?
- Our standard export minimum is one 20'GP container, approximately 25 MT, depending on packing. We agree packing in writing and issue a loading plan for 20' and 40' containers per configuration, showing palletised and floor-loaded quantities.
